How to remove drawers from chest of drawers?
I have a chest of drawers that I bought from Harvey's. It's the Prague range (4 + 2 drawer chest). Some of the drawers are now broken and I want to repair them but don't seem able to remove the drawers. When I bought them, they arrived fully assembled so was wondering if they can be removed and if so, how??

- usually all you need to do is: Pull drawers out as far as they will go, Holding each side, lift slightly and then pull forward again. If this does not work suspect you will need a screwdriver to undo a couple of screws on the inside of each side of the drawer. Don't forget to empty them first !
- call 0844 372 1000 and select option 2. I don't know if this is the right extension but it will get you to the store.
- if you can turn the unit upside down or partially open the draws try rubbing the draw track with a candle or a wax furniture product then gently ease them back and forth putting more wax etc if required if this does not work its brute force or dismantle it
- Afraid I don't know how to get them out, but once you have, to ease them so they don't stick, rub a bar of damp soap over the runners, and run in and out a few times! It really works!
